Services
Bright Future CVs provides professional CV writing, personal statement composition, and Civil Service application support. All documents are meticulously tailored to align with each client's specific information and requirements, ensuring a personalised and effective approach.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required before Bright Future CVs commences work on your order. Invoices must be paid in full prior to any document drafting. This ensures our team can dedicate their full attention to crafting your professional documents.
Revisions Policy
Each of our services includes one comprehensive round of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your initial draft. This allows us to address any concerns and refine your documents to perfection. Any further changes requested beyond this initial revision may be subject to an additional fee.
Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days. This period commences after we receive full payment and all required information from the client, including your current CV, relevant role details, and any other necessary materials. For clients with urgent requests, we may be able to accommodate your needs at our discretion.
Refund Policy
As our services are bespoke and meticulously tailored to each individual client, we regret that refunds are not available once work has commenced on your order. If a refund is exceptionally approved before any work has started, please note that any associated transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including a comprehensive career history and detailed role specifics. Bright Future CVs cannot be held liable for any delays or inaccuracies arising from missing or incorrect information provided by the client. Accurate information ensures we can provide you with the best possible service.
Limitation of Liability
Bright Future CVs offers professional application support; however, we cannot guarantee job offers or interviews. The outcome of job applications is contingent on various factors outside of our control. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that we are not liable for any failure to obtain employment.

Data Retention
We normally delete CVs and application documents within 30 days after service completion. However, with your consent, we may securely retain your documents for up to 12 months to support future updates or returning customer discounts. You may request deletion of your documents at any time.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you. You may request corrections or deletion of your data at any time.
